His experience of securing
contracts with FTSE500 organisations demonstrates
superior business development
capability, consulting on eLearning, Learning
Management Systems, tailored training courses across Europe,
the US, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
His philosophy is that
training is only effective when it changes people's
behaviour and is sustainable. This is especially important
in a climate where professional education is increasingly
