Richard moved
into training in 1992 after many years successfully
managing teams on staff in the Department of Social
Security.
Richard is an
experienced TAP accredited
Trainer specialising
in
IT systems, and he
has a proven ability to design, develop and deliver
courseware across different industries. He has
excellent communication skills
with a natural ability
to energise and
enthuse course participants.
He is a highly motivated and organised trainer able
to deliver one-to-one and group events.
He has
been involved in major rollout projects for the
implementation of computer systems and the trainer
of large numbers of users on new equipment and
systems. Training has been to staff at all levels
including senior staff and those with varying
degrees of prior knowledge. Some initiatives have
required full training needs analysis with design
and testing of new packages. Richard is
experienced in the
full training cycle
and has the certificate in training practice from
the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
of which he is an associate member.
