Our training courses in Software Applications products are primarily intended for non-technical end users, with a few higher-level courses for specialists and IT staff. We provide training in all Microsoft Office products from introductory to advanced level.
These popular courses are modularised in such a way that you can choose either to follow the standard format of introductory, intermediate and advanced level courses or to commission specific courses based on modules that you need.
Overview: Our training in Microsoft Word is in modular form, so that you can select specific modules for groups of users who do not require full course.

Our Introduction to Visio course assumes no prior knowledge of the program and gives users a good basic familiarity with the program interface, showing them how to use the drawing tools to create shapes, how to manipulate shapes and assign them attributes. By the end of the training, users will be confident in using Visio to create basic diagrams and drawings.

Overview: Our one-day introduction to Adobe Dreamweaver is for new or prospective web designers wishing to create websites with the help of this leading professional software. After completing this course, students will be able to create websites that include frame-based pages, tables, graphics, and links.
Participants should have a basic understanding of an operating system: for example, how to launch an application, create and save files and copy files from CDs and other media.
This course does not include the design of images for the internet. Delegates wishing to design such images may be interested in our Photoshop course below.
