What is Webinar Training?
Via web-conference (webinar training) you can attend individual modules targeted at specific functions of the system. These bite-size modules last 2 hours and allow you to choose the individual topics you want to learn. Registration on these sessions is easy and payment can be made on-line.
Each Webinar has full interaction with the trainer and enables you to receive training without travelling to London for a full day course. You can attend just one module or attend a series of modules over a number of weeks to fit your learning around your other diary commitments.
Classroom Training Details
In the classroom we offer full day Introductory and Advanced courses at our training room on the south bank of the Thames near Vauxhall. These scenario-based sessions allow for full hands-on practice on all the main supplier actions on FIND. If you want your whole team trained it might make sense to book a private training session which we can run at your site. The advantage of the private session is that we can focus on your ingredients, products and processes. The content of a private course can be tailored to fit your needs.
If you are new to FIND the Introduction course will give you a broad knowledge of the system and the supplier’s responsibilities. If you are already a proficient FIND user the Advanced course allows you to build on your existing skills to make your FIND work easier and faster!
In April 2011 M&S launched their new Specification Compliance service for their food suppliers which will be rolled out through the Summer. Once you have been advised of your go-live date a FREE webinar will be available to you to explain the new process and the accreditation requirements. Please email support@ashburylabelling.co.uk to request a date.
In line with the new process, Ashbury now offer FIND training and bespoke M&S Food Labelling training. These two courses, attended together will ensure that all delegates understand the legal and corporate requirements and will equip users with the skills to complete all requirements on the FIND system. The new process will require suppliers to submit their specifications from an accredited user. The first step of accreditation is to take the online assessment, to request the link for the assessment please email support@ashburylabelling.co.uk. There is no charge for taking the assessment and it should be taken by all members of your team who are required to submit FIND specifications for approval. The assessment contains 60 questions, split between labelling requirements and FIND usage, a pass mark of 80% is required.
The courses can be booked and attended separately but will always run on consecutive days at our training centre in London. M&S suppliers who book both courses at the same time will save £50 on the combined course fees. These two courses, attended together will ensure that all delegates understand the legal and corporate requirements and will equip users with the skills to complete all requirements on the FIND system.

This one day introduction course is ideal for new users of FIND or as a refresher for users who have not had regular use of the system. The one day course is focussed on the creation of accurate specifications, including building recipes and ingredients declarations.
The new FIND course is now delivered in two parts. Prior to attending the classroom course, delegates are required to attend a 90 minute webinar. This new format will enable all delegates to learn the basics before arriving at the classroom course. This allows us to focus the whole day learning the specification detail in the classroom.

This course is an introduction to the M&S Corporate Guidelines and Legal requirements for the labelling of M&S products. This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge of current legal and M&S food labelling requirements.

In the past not all wine product specifications have been completed in FIND meaning that many wine suppliers are a little inexperienced and unfamiliar with FIND. To assist wine suppliers complete accurate specifications FIND has been significantly simplified for wine products, compared to other categories within the Food Group. All wine suppliers are now being encouraged to fully complete the FIND specifications to the required standard specified by M&S, for the relevant M&S Winemaker/Technologist to approve. Fully completed, “right first time” specifications can be approved promptly without further action from you and these specs will subsequently become active on the system.
In this 'hands on' 1-day course you will learn how to use FIND, from the basic functions of logging in, searching and navigation, to completing a wine specification to the required M&S standard.
This course is designed for suppliers with little or no experience of using FIND but can also be useful as a refresher course for previously trained but not recent users.

This service can benefit many seasonal, small or foreign suppliers to help with timely completion of the specification. Even larger suppliers facing sickness, holiday or maternity shortages can use Ashbury's flexible resources to ease the burden of those busier times of year.

Wine Specification Completion
Although the Wine specification has recently been much simplified by M&S you may still find that you don't have the required resource to complete your own specifications. If administrative resource is limited or language is a barrier, you may choose to have Ashbury Training complete the specifications on your behalf. The team at Ashbury are experienced FIND users and have many European languages between them, so we offer this service to take the pressure off suppliers.
Cost: Charging begins at £275 for a single specification, with reductions in price available dependent on the number of specifications for completion and similarity to previously completed specifications. The minimum charge for a completed specification is £200.
