He has also produced countless consultancy
reports for clients and helped build three e-learning
solutions that reflect the principles on which his courses
are based.
His approach to training evolved considerably in the 1990s
when, as a self-employed trainer, he
was asked to join Arthur Andersen as a long term trainer and
consultant. This work gave
Justin an important insight into the long-term training requirements
of multinational corporations from board level and throughout
the firm.
Justin left Arthur Andersen in the
late 1990s to create Ashbury Training (Ashbury Educational Services) which he has been running
successfully in partnership with James
Post ever since.

Justin has grown as a trainer and as a director with his clients.
He constantly reviews his style and content to ensure that his
teaching remains fresh and vivid. This approach has enabled him
to develop long term relationships with
major organisations such as Ernst & Young and Marks & Spencer that
continue to the present day.

Feedback on Justin Davies’ latest
project for Marks & Spencer
by former Head of Finance Justin King (as part of his general
summary of project e-PS):
"e-PS has has had the most successful
training programme in M&S to date. A lack of support calls
post-training points to this also."
