Our training courses in Microsoft Office products are primarily intended for non-technical end users, with a few higher-level courses for specialists and IT staff.

We provide training in all Microsoft Office products from introductory to advanced level.

Our popular Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel courses are modularised in such a way that you can choose either to follow the standard format of introductory, intermediate and advanced level courses or to commission specific courses based on the modules that you need. Comprehensive training in either of these products takes approximately three days.

Microsoft Outlook training comprises two courses (introductory and advanced) lasting about half a day each. First time users may attend both courses on the same day.

Our introductory and advanced level courses in Microsoft PowerPoint take about one day each. Delegates taking the advanced PowerPoint course may also wish to consider our Presentation Skills course.

We offer database training in Microsoft Access for experienced users of Word and Excel.

  • The introductory and intermediate courses run for about one day each, giving users a good working knowledge of database concepts, forms, queries and reports.
  • The advanced course, lasting about two days, addresses more technical aspects of database design such as relationships and functions.
  • Microsoft Access provides a useful starting point for office workers interested in a career in IT. Such delegates may be interested in our Database Design course, which provides an introduction to the concepts of commercial database design.

Our training in Microsoft Project comprises two courses lasting approximately two days each. The introductory course is for delegates who are new to Microsoft Project or new to project management. The advanced course is for experienced project managers.

We also offer training in Visual Basic Applications for end users and Visual Basic Programming for IT professionals wishing to develop desktop applications based on other Microsoft products: Word, Excel and Access.
